
Laurence Levy
Senior consultantAfter studying strategy, planning and control, Laurence worked in the automotive sector for 20 years. From a controlling role in a technical department, she progressed to responsibilities in marketing, sales and then finance. Managing cross-functional projects, setting up new departments, 5-year European strategy… the diversity of her assignments enabled her to acquire a global vision of the company in a complex and highly competitive industry, requiring a high degree of rigor. She has also managed teams and worked with top management in an international and multicultural environment.
Wishing to focus her career on people, she became an ICF-certified coach in 2020 and set up her own business.
She specialized in career transition, initially in skills assessment and outplacement. She also provides executive and employee coaching (leadership, communication, performance, etc.). She then developed her activity through training and facilitation. She uses collective intelligence to lead groups on subjects as diverse as team cohesion, conflict management and inclusive leadership.
Her experience has enabled her to work with sectors as diverse as banking, luxury goods, industry and international organizations, with companies of all sizes and with a wide variety of profiles (entrepreneurs, employees, managers).
With over 1000 hours of coaching under her belt, Laurence joined Oxalys with a strong commitment to making a positive contribution to a world of work in the throes of transformation.
Dynamic and positive, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (she has 3 children), sport (running, tennis, yoga), travel and culture.
Laurence is a certified DISC, Forces Motrices and PCC ICF coach and can coach you in both French and English.
