At Oxalys, the objectives of the coaching mission are agreed upon during a tripartite meeting between the client, the coachee, and the coach. The goals, the method of intervention, and the duration of the process are agreed upon during this mission. - Exploratory interviews to identify coachee and/or team expectations
- Scoping meetings, a final summary, and a midpoint session if required

- The development of an action plan
- Availability of the coach for support in unexpected or urgent situations
- The administration of personality indicators and psychometric tests (such as HOGAN, Success Insights, MBTI, 360° evaluation) including feedback sessions
