Patrick Huguenin

Senior consultant

Patrick began his career in private banking in Geneva and Lausanne, where he acquired solid experience in the financial sector. He then turned to banking IT, guided by a keen interest in innovation. An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded two companies in this field, one of which is still in operation.

At the dawn of the year 2000, marked by the famous New Year’s bug, Patrick decided to change direction and joined the sailing industry, devoting himself to making sails for boats. He specialized in competition projects and developed solid expertise in this field, combining rigor and passion.

On the sporting front, Patrick is a top-level sailor. In 2001, he became world champion in the Farr 40 class, a victory that came on top of numerous other titles, notably in the 5.5 M JI Evolution class. He has been European and Swiss champion several times and has won the prestigious Bol d’Or Mirabaud on Lake Geneva six times, both as a crew member and as a coach.

Today, coaching plays a central role in Patrick’s activities. Drawing on his professional and sporting experience, he supports teams and leaders by putting people at the heart of his approach. Whether in sailing or other sectors, he helps his clients to achieve their goals and surpass themselves, while sharing his skills in team management and leadership.
