Nicole Vendrame

After completing her studies in Business Economics, Nicole embarked on a career in Human Resources, gaining extensive experience primarily within small to mid-sized multinational companies. She has held both global and regional roles across Switzerland and the United States (Silicon Valley), working in a variety of sectors including high-tech, staffing and consulting services, manufacturing, and energy.

In her various roles, she has supported executive committees in designing and implementing strategies that place the human dimension at the core. She has guided managers on key areas such as talent management, performance, skills development, and strategic recruitment, while also providing coaching and advisory support to teams and individuals to foster their professional growth. Often involved in organizational and structural transformations, she has developed a strong affinity for—and expertise in—managing and supporting change at both the organizational and individual levels.

Driven by a passion for people and the ever-evolving world of work, she recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Development in Organizations. Her background allows her to approach career transition support from an HR perspective, offering an additional asset to any application.She is certified in Insights MDI, OPQ32, PerfomanSe, ProSci®, and Lego® Serious Play.

Of Swiss and Italian citizenships, her native language is French, English as her second language.

Dynamic and positive, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Traveling, reading, and sports (yoga and rowing) are part of her other activities.
