John Chardonnens

With over 30 years of professional experience in IT service management, John’s expertise spans various sectors such as technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, food, hotel management, and education. Having led teams in diverse cultural environments and complex organizations, he demonstrates a profound understanding of individuals and an ability to identify and nurture talent within a team. He has a genuine ability to establish relationships of trust and respect with his counterparts.

A certified professional coach by the ICF, he naturally integrated these skills into his activities, constantly striving to improve his individual and group coaching. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPFL and a CAS in Business Management from the Ecole de Gestion de Fribourg. He has undertaken numerous continuous training courses in leadership, strategy, organizational models, human behavior, and individual and systemic performance.

Advocating for active listening, a supportive and reassuring presence, and honest and open communication, he assists his clients in career transitions and new roles, as well as organizations in processes of change, team motivation, and relationship management.

As a mentor for job seekers and students, he is actively involved in the job market. Sharing his experience for the benefit of future generations, he engages in actions supporting the quality of intergenerational dialogue.

He advises and coaches in French and English.

Married and a father of two daughters, he prioritizes a balanced and healthy lifestyle, including sports such as fitness, cycling, golf, and skiing, as well as hobbies like reading, gastronomy, and community involvement.
