Corisande Badoux

Senior consultant and Project Manager

After more than 20 years’ corporate experience, notably in industry and telecommunications, she has distinguished herself by her ability to navigate successfully in a variety of environments. She began her career in export sales before turning to communications, then to training and coaching. This diversity of backgrounds enables her to approach each project with a 360° vision, combining strategic expertise and human understanding.

Gifted with a keen sense of responsibility and a systemic vision, she has managed multidisciplinary teams and led large-scale projects, including the implementation of agile management.

Holder of a federal marketing technician diploma, a leadership diploma and professional coaching certification, she puts these skills to good use in her coaching. Her cross-functional profile and expertise enable her to juggle her different roles with ease, while adapting to the specific needs of each individual and organization.

Joining Oasys in 2018, she is now continuing her adventure under the brand name Oxalys, with new responsibilities in project management and communications in addition to her role as senior consultant.

She accompanies candidates on an individual or group basis, with a resolutely human, proactive and action-oriented approach. Her specialized workshops on the use of digital tools and social networks help candidates optimize their job search strategy and stand out in the job market.

Positive and dynamic by nature, Corisande is convinced that everyone has the necessary resources to overcome professional challenges and succeed.
