Anne-Marie Turcotte

For over 20 years, Anne-Marie has worked in the private and public sectors as a consultant, trainer and coach, in Switzerland and around the world.

She designs and runs training programmes aimed at developing interpersonal, leadership, management and change management skills. Using a systemic approach, she works with management committees and teams seeking to improve their performance, and with individual managers, executives and leaders wishing to develop their professional and personal skills. She is also involved in conflict resolution.

Since 2013, Anne-Marie has coached hundreds of managers, executives and leaders in career transition from all sectors of activity in Switzerland.  She has in-depth knowledge of the economic environment in French-speaking Switzerland and solid international experience.

She is certified in the use of tools such as MBTI, PROPHET and Point of Value, and is trained in organisational and systemic relationship coaching, mediation and conflict resolution.

As an advisor to senior civil servants and ministers’ offices in Canada and France, and as a Canadian diplomat, Anne-Marie has learned to navigate through complex organisations and acquired solid experience in bilateral and multilateral negotiations and in people and project management.

Originally from Canada, with French and Swiss nationalities, Anne-Marie works in English and French.  She has lived in Lausanne since 2008.

Anne-Marie works with Oxalys Consultants on specific career transition assignments and in continuity of Oasys, she pursues the collaboration.
