Anne-Laurence Nater

Anne-Laurence has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having worked as Human Resources Director for prestigious watch brands and industrial production sites. She not only defined and implemented HR strategies, but also carried out operational assignments, making it a point of honour to support employees, managers and senior management in managing change.

With a background in sales and management, Anne-Laurence worked for several years in the agri-food and events sectors before joining the world leader in personnel placement as Branch Manager in the canton of Neuchâtel, where she developed her network with local economic players and discovered the world of consulting and human resources. Passionate about human relations, she obtained a Federal Certificate in Personnel Management, then completed her training with Master Coach certification from the Geneva International Coaching Institute.

Coaching people in career transition and passing on her experience to them has become a matter of course. For Anne-Laurence, “you can only give the best of yourself if you believe in yourself”. She is committed to passing on the means to achieve this.

Anne-Laurence loves to recharge her batteries with family and friends, and enjoys water and winter sports. She also enjoys improvisational theatre. She enjoys the humour, letting go, listening and teamwork involved.

A Swiss national, her mother tongue is French and she has a good knowledge of English.

Anne-Laurence works with Oxalys Consultants on specific career and  transition assignments and in continuity of Oasys, she pursues the collaboration.
