Our history
Our company was founded in 2007, in Lausanne, by Jacques Bussy under the name Oasys Consultants.
Bold and enterprising, with a passion for innovation and a desire to share his enthusiasm, Jacques surrounded himself with efficient and experienced partners and collaborators who communicated and upheld his human-centered and quality-driven values. He also established a trademark agreement with Oasys & Cie in France.
Over the years, the company has expanded by opening offices in Geneva, Neuchâtel, and Fribourg, striving to be as close as possible to its clients and those it supports.
Carine Dilitz took over the role of General Manager in 2018, following her successful establishment and management of the Neuchâtel and Fribourg branches since her arrival in 2015. Béatrice Elattar joined the team in 2019 to oversee the Lake Geneva region.
In December 2021, Carine Dilitz and Béatrice Elattar, both leading the company’s operations, became the majority shareholders. Jacques Bussy continues to serve as a director and shareholder.
After 17 years in operation, we initiated our transition from Oasys Consultants SA to Oxalys Consultants SA on September 10, 2024. Committed to addressing your needs with a personalized approach, and prepared to tackle future challenges, we decided to embrace our independence and establish a new entity after this remarkable journey.
Now operating under the Oxalys brand, we remain dedicated to serving as a valuable and strategic partner to organizations and individuals, fostering growth and development throughout their journeys with our expertise and enthusiasm.
Carine and Béatrice, together with the same dedicated team, are focused on advancing the firm’s development while upholding its core philosophy and values: prioritizing individuals, striving for excellence, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring team commitment.
